Al Nanos KBA Bowler of the Year

Al Nanos was considered one of the best bowlers in Kankakee County. With over 20 KBA titles, 20+ 300’s, and 2 800’s he embodied what the area’s best thrived to be. After his unexpected death in 2016, this award was created in his honor and is given to the best bowler in the KBA for a season based on a scoring system using the following criteria: number of 250-299 games, 750-799 Series, 300 Games, 800 series, KBA Titles, and League Average. Once the top 5 is determined, a blind vote is taken with only the
bowler stats available to be seen.
